They didn’t have the flowers to complete the arrangement I ordered but called and offered one comparable. The one delivered looked better than the one I ordered. I’m a permanent customer!

Found out very late in the morning about a visitation early that evening. Took a chance on a florist I've never used hoping they could get something there for me. Knew that a plant was a safe item to send so I chose one. It was received by the funeral home in plenty of time and several individuals remarked on how lovely they thought the plant was.
